In the role of Lecturer you’ll predominantly be based at the Waterfront and Dewsbury Campuses and your focus will be on Teaching, Learning and Assessment tasks for Levels 1, 2 and 3 Business students and courses.

Your key responsibilities will be ensuring all students are engaging with the curriculum you are delivering for the Business team. Identification of the support needs of your students, working closely with the Study Programme Lead and the teaching team in order to deliver an outstanding teaching experience. Report to your line manager on progress through use of ProSuite software.

Ideally, you’ll have a degree in Business (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in delivery of high-quality curriculum. It’s important that you’re able to communicate and engage fully with young people, whilst remaining focused on your teaching and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
