**About the role**:
We are looking for an ambitious IT Support Specialist - 1st Line to join our Helpdesk Team, working from our Eccles office.

You will have experience of resolving issues as part of a busy helpdesk team and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service all the time.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone currently working as an IT Support Specialist - 1st Line looking to develop their skills and gain greater exposure with a diverse group of clients. Training will be offered to support someone with aspirations to move into a 2nd or 3rd Line role. Experience of MSP and or Hospitality is advantageous but not essential.

**Experience**:

- Able to demonstrate a good all-round knowledge of IT principles
- Experience with PSA/RMM tools such as Autotask, AEM and IT Glue to provide enhanced support services to all clients
- Experience in initial remote diagnostics along with analysis and monitoring
- Ability to working unsupervised, independently and as part of a team
- IT related degree or relevant qualifications highly desirable
- Proven technical ability across the common product suites
- The willingness to learn new software and hardware skills.
**Technical Experience**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions including Office 365 and Azure
- Proven experience with Desktop & Server admin across the Microsoft stack
- Overall appreciation of client system security, requirements and proven experience with relevant software and hardware solutions
- Microsoft Certifications would be advantageous
- Friendly and professional
- Excited about tech and thrives on developing understanding of new technologies
- Possesses good written and verbal communications skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical clients
- Recognises the importance of frequent and clear communications
- Keen to research new products and information around technical solutions that could provide answers and solve problems which benefit the whole team
- Feel that every day is a day of learning and knowledge
- Disciplined, with the ability to priortise and execute tasks under pressure
- Harnesses pressure to deliver results
