HRLife is partnering with a fast-growing, innovative, exciting business as they continue to scale and look to bring on board an HR Advisor who enjoys working in a small but growing business and is looking to elevate their career.

As the business continues to scale, they are now looking for an HR Advisor with a passion for providing an exceptional first-line employee support experience and taking ownership of all employee life cycle processes. This has a broad generalist remit combinedwith an interesting project component as you work to create a first-class HR offering. Based in the office 5 days a week, you’ll be visible, great at building relationships and providing pro-active HR support to all managers and employees.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support and coach Managers on a host of people-related areas, providing first-line support for all HR related queries encompassing policy guidance, ER and performance management
- Enhance and deliver pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding experiences, ensuring all the administration is completed to a high standard
- Fully support induction and over-see probation periods, advising and guiding where necessary
- Support all recruitment activity
- Manage all absence and sickness, conducting return to work interviews
- Create, enhance and update all HR policies
- Maintain the HR database and provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis; identifying trends and making recommendations
- Oversee the company’s benefit scheme
- Support with HR projects

Given this is an exciting time of growth, you will need to feel comfortable operating in some ambiguity and at pace, able to deputise for the HR Manager in their absence too.

Ideally, your background will include:

- Minimum CIPD level 5
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities
