Job Title: Customer Accounts Manager
Location: Haydock, Merseyside

**Salary**: £24,000 basic salary, OTE of £32,000 a year
Hours: Working hours would be between 8:00 - 18:00 on a shift basis, Monday to Friday and 8:45 -13:00 on alternate Saturdays.

**Job Type**: Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to assist and manage our clients customer portfolio, which is growing rapidly.
The role will entail taking day to day sales enquiries and orders over the phone, whilst managing their own portfolio of customer’s needs, all designed to give the best service to customers throughout their whole journey with the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders via inbound calls
- Follow up customer queries promptly via outbound calls
- Process orders onto the system to ensure they are booked efficiently for the customer.
- Manage existing key accounts, which involves making outbound calls daily.
- Develop and maintain relationships with field sales to ensure customer matters are dealt with efficiently
- Provide excellent service to all customers
- Refer any customer support matters promptly to the customer support department.
- Achieve sales targets.
- To cross-sell and upsell on incoming calls.

Person specification:

- The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Good IT skills
- Experince in call centre or telesales
