**Position Overview**:
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that every customer experience is smooth and memorable. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised, and friendly environment for both customers and staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in handling payments and operating the POS system.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the company.

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus but not required.
