**About The Role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a receptionist based at Kirkby.

The Receptionist s main duties include responsibility for the following:

- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Welcome visitors
- Holds site key log
- Visitor book sign in/out
- Point of contact for all visitors.
- Book meeting room
- Design spread sheets and templates
- Continuous improvement
- Any other admin/office duties

Other duties include:

- Development of strong team working relationships
- Ensuring compliance to process and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Good organisation skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Have excellent ICT skills
