**About this role**

In this role you will work collaboratively with our technical and delivery teams to scope and understand new product or service deployment projects and to define what good looks like. You will also collaborate with focus groups to drive continuous improvement initiatives ensuring we remain the UK’s number 1 mobile network.

RAN DMO is pivotal to supporting Mobile Deployment best network goals
- The role holder supports improvement of customer experience through strong technical expertise & driving supplier quality performance
- The role holder will work in a team with other Assurance Professionals, Delivery Managers, Design and Operations peers and support the Technical Delivery Assurance Specialist and Senior Manager of the Mobile Dlelivery Management Office ensuring compliance and consistency in the deployment of new products and services.
- Work with suppliers to ensure they deliver on their commitments in relation to delivery assurance & quality contract deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of required delivery trial scopes, engage with suppliers and support them to deliver trials to time, quality and cost.
- Focus on supporting the first-time deployment of new network elements and service models and define standards and methods of installation (“What good looks like”)
- Deliver installation, commissioning & integration procedures themselves or through the Suppliers and/or Partners to allow subsequent rollout to be successful and repeatable.
- Work with suppliers and partners to create appropriate handover document and deployment quality audit templates

Be the technical experts within deployment working with peers in Design, Project/Delivery Management and Operations to ensure delivery is a success

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Support supplier RFP’s, reviews and capability audits for new small - medium volume/complexity contracts & SoW’s. During contract implementation, provide assurance in contract delivery.
- Support the development of trial scopes with suppliers and internal peers and delivery of Installation documentation in support of New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Support first time deployment of new network elements to ensure subsequent deployments will be successful & repeatable
- Work with suppliers, Delivery, Design, Planning, and Operations to deliver deployment solutions that satisfy deploymentt requirements & standards
- Create technical and control documentation to support installation, commissioning and integration
- Engage with suppliers building strong relationships to ensure delivery of their contractual commitments for Delivery Assurance
- Analyse data related to in-field deployment quality (and back-office function) performance to identify failure trends and root causes. Drive and track continuous improvement plans to success using Industry standard CI techniques.
- Provide support to projects, by ongoing review of supplier quality performance and ensuring the quality of the work produced, supporting and escalating as required
- Understand developments in services, solutions and technology and industry best practices that may affect/improve deployment
- Represent the team across the organisation to ensure that Mobile Delivery Assurance views, requirements and benefits are fully appreciated
- Providing technical leadership to ensure that Technology Delivery projects deliver to time and quality

**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practice in the mobile network deployment domain
- A history of delivering to and driving others to deliver to quality assurance and management standards
- Quality Auditor competence
- Fundamental understanding of H&S requirements, standards and legislation applicable to the role and environment applicable to the role
- Health & Safety qualifications covering all aspects of working on Radio Network sites
- Strong track record of success in a technical and Quality Assurance environment
- Ability to drive excellence in execution through attention to detail
- Must work well in a team environment
