**Can you inspire hope for the most vulnerable young people?**

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Education Specialist to work with a 9-year-old student in Woking who is currently working at EYFS/Year 1 levels. This is a high-need placement requiring a creative, patient and trauma-informed educator who can build trust and deliver engaging learning sessions tailored to their individual needs and interests.

**The placements**
- Working with your student on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis in their home or a suitable venue
- Planning and delivering 2-5 sessions per week. Each session is between 3-5 hours, during school hours and term-times only.
- Placements organised and supported by our dedicated teams
- Bank Staff worker - providing short-term provisions as and when they arise, paid via PAYE

**What you need to apply**
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience working with vulnerable children or young people with additional needs (SEN, SEMH needs and other barriers to learning)
- Consistent availability to commit to a minimum of 2 sessions per week (a minimum of 2 working days)
- PECS knowledge is desirable
- A commitment to keeping children and young people safe and a practical and up to date knowledge of safeguarding

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
