**About The Role**:
**Corperate Security Officer**

**Salary**:£13.50

**Location: Crawley Court, Winchester,**SO21 2QA**

**Working Hours**: 4 on 4 off shift -7am to 7pm**

**Trtransport is necessary to get to site as this is a rural location.**

**Licensing** - Security Guarding license required as a minimum.

**What will you be doing?**
- Working as the Site Security Officer
- Create a secure environment, in which our customers, their employees, and visitors are able to feel safe
- Promote confidence with every customer, colleague, and stakeholder through effective decision-making, communication, and professional security standards
- Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policy
- Respond in an effective manner to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre, as appropriate
- Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover
- Utilise the relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches.
- Utilise TRACKTIK to complete patrols and reporting of incidents.
- Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/ near miss reporting.
- Prevent unauthorised access to site, whether by a person, vehicle, or object.
- Respond to unplanned events or incidences promptly
- Work in collaboration with the customer’s FM team and complete relevant tasks
- Engage with training & development as required
- Prepared to support our client with additional requirements
