The department consists of several areas which work together to deliver General Qualifications, Vocational Qualification and On-demand Qualifications. - You will be required to support all processing activities within the team as priorities dictate. - You will have a small team of direct reports who you will be responsible for. **Your primary responsibilities** - Researching cases and investigating appropriately - Creating and sending outcome letters to centres - Capturing, building and monitoring MI - Effectively communicate and escalate key issues - Work in other areas of the business as required - Managing own workload and that of direct reports to ensure effective prioritisation - Process improvements made and process reviews conducted - Overall performance monitoring and development of direct reports. Ensure a continuous improvement ethos drives the team throughout all areas and allow clear paths for team members to feedback improvements and changes to management. - Management of permanent and temporary staff, monitoring team workloads to ensure all operations are effectively. - Training and development of staff members in order to develop a multi-skilled, efficient high morale team. - Contribute to the key audit processes, assisting and providing information for audits **Key Challenges** - Working within a regulated framework - Working towards tight and immovable deadlines - The role requires high attention to detail and careful analysis despite busy workload - Simultaneously managing high priority tasks - Flexibility of working patterns during peak periods - Ability to adapt to multiple/various IT systems - Supporting various stakeholders from different teams - Restrictions on annual leave during peak periods - Processing and working instructions are kept up to date and follow regulatory requirements You will be able to communicate with influence and work with and lead others to achieve goals. Experience of researching and reviewing data and information to draw conclusions would be an advantage.
