**Role and Responsibilities**

As primary system administrator for the company’s Sales CRM, (currently Salesforce) & Business Intelligence (BI) (currently Microsoft Power BI) platforms, the role holder will manage, lead, and develop these systems to help specify, create, manage, and support business processes together with a continuous view on end reporting requirements. Consideration of user experience is key to generating accurate data on which business decisions can be made. A key focus of this role is to maximally leverage the functionality of these systems (automation, validation, reporting) to generate efficiency, productivity, meaningful data & insights, and an excellent user experience. A keen eye on ROI is essential to the success of this role.

System Management
- Handle all aspects of user & license maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, staying ahead of development cycles
- Manage systems data feeds, including inbound lead data and other integrations
- Support internal marketing team with Pardot for segmentation of lists and marketing journey management
- Manage large data sets, ensuring accuracy and de-duplication of records
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, implementation, and on-going management & refinement of new development requests
- Create & maintain up-to-date system setup documentation for resiliency & business continuity purposes.

Support
- Assist in training new users and support ongoing learning needs alongside increasing adoption across the organisation
- Provide 1st line training & guidance to the IT team on CRM & BI systems to assist the Service Desk to resolve support tickets

BI & Continuous Improvement
- Support the continuous development of Salesforce to ensure it remains aligned to the evolving needs of the business
- Liaise with management teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Translate business process requirements into workable system solutions (system fields management, automation, workflows & validation rules etc.)
- Work with management teams to evaluate, scope, and implement reports & dashboards to provide an overview of sales performance & customer service/problem management trends by integrating this data into the BI platform
- Maintain an existing set of dashboards within Power BI.
- Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and internal development teams.
- Maintain the API link between Salesforce and our in-house proprietary system

**Key Requirements**
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Salesforce administration
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Able to establish a good relationship with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and transfer them into actions
- Proactive approach to platform improvements and continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment and be capable of self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Preferred Skills & Experience**
- Experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including opportunities, contracts, cases and entitlements
- Ability to use Power BI including linking to live cloud databases and producing Exec-level dashboards
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
- Experience in managing and maintaining an API with another system to Salesforce
- Basic HTML skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred
- Experience in Pardot including integration with Salesforce
