A vacancy has arisen for a part time fitting room assistant to join our team at Boundary Outlet. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. Previous retail experience would be an advantage, particularly skills in relation to sales and customer service.

As a Fitting Room Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive personalised and seamless assistance during their shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service in the fitting room area. You will be responsible for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, assisting customers with garment fittings, and offering style advice when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the fitting room area and assist with any inquiries or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the fitting room area, including ensuring garments are properly sorted and returned to the sales floor.
- Provide assistance to customers during the fitting process, including helping with zippers, fastenings, and alterations when necessary.
- Offer personalised style advice and suggestions to customers, based on their preferences and body type.
- Handle customer concerns or issues related to the fitting room area, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall shopping experience and achieve sales targets.

The successful applicant must be well presented and organised. The delivery of a first class customer service is of paramount importance and you should therefore be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with customers in a polite, professional and tactful manner. The successful applicant will be directly involved in offering customers advice and assistance regarding their purchases. Other duties will include security supervision of items being taken into and out of fitting rooms.
