Our client is a leading global fintech who are looking for a Head of Finance Operations.

**Role overview
This role will require strong financial, operations and analytical capabilities to drive operations at scale and continuous improvement.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll lead the revenue and cash operations, accounts payable, payroll, and cost of sales operations teams and will be responsible for the company’s Finance operations globally.

**Role overview**
- Oversee all finance operations teams including accounts payable, revenue and billing operations, cost of sales operations, and payroll.
- Design and implement controls across these groups both in the interim state as well as in the future state of finance working in close collaboration with the Finance Transformation and the Product and Technology teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of manual processes partnering closely with the Finance Transformation and the Product and Technology teams.
- Develop a client first mindset in the group ensuring high quality services and timely responses to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, controls and efficiency.
- Ensure all processes meet their SLAs, enabling the close and timely payments to employees and vendors.

- People-focused leader with proven ability to build collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives.
- You've managed teams of 20+ people
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation.
- You love data and using it as a framework for storytelling, and you have a passion for problem solving.
- A track record of delivery on complex projects, using strong organisational skills and ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
- Financial services experience required
