We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic residential sales team. In this role, you will engage with leads, build strong relationships, and close sales to drive our business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional passionate about customer service and eager to succeed in a rewarding industry. After completing the initial training period, you will be eligible for our uncapped Sales Bonus Pool. **Key Responsibilities**: - Convert customer inquiries into bookings—no cold calling involved. - Handle inquiries, calculate costs, and book jobs using our CRM and scheduling system. - Present and explain our products, services, and pricing to clients. - Prepare and submit tailored quotations based on customer needs. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. **Qualifications**: - Knowledge of the construction/roofing industry is desirable but not essential; full training and ongoing support provided. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Benefits**: - **Competitive Salary**: £23,000.00 - £28,000.00 per annum DOE. - **Uncapped Bonus Scheme**: Potential to earn additional income based on performance. - **Comprehensive Training**: Full training provided to ensure success in your role. - **Supportive Team Environment**: Join a small, friendly, and growing team. - **Career Growth Opportunities**: Long-term career development and progression. - **Recognition and Rewards**: Be part of a team that values and rewards achievements.
