**Customer Service Assistant** LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham, King Edwards Rd Birmingham, WEST MIDLANDS, B1 2AA United Kingdom Calling all cool creators Are you looking for a customer service role at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham? Who wouldn’t want to work in what can only be described as a giant box of LEGO®? **What we're looking for** - Previous experience of working within a guest facing environment - The ability to think on your feet - Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour - Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills In this varied role you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on LEGO related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit and could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction. This is a seasonal contract, offering a minimum of 5 hours per week, depending on the role.
