We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Underwriter to join our established and experienced Underwriting team here at RSA Birmingham on a hybrid basis.
**Your Role**

This applies to new and/or existing business within our agreed process and defined risk appetite.You will spend most of your time working with your broker panel identifying, discussing, negotiating and converting new and existing business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.

As the PPL Underwriter you will typically be handling cases in the region of £15,000 - £100,000 premium.
**About You**
To be successful in your role, you will ideally require experience within the property or liability / casualty market with either an insurance company background or a broking background.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to start your career in Insurance and would suit someone with strong customer and relationship skills.
