- **The Role **_
- Concept Development: - Working alongside the creative team to develop concepts for photography and video shoots.
- Shoot Production: - Assisting with pre and postproduction, as well as being on the shoots working alongside leading creatives.
- Project Management: - Shadowing the team managing photography campaigns for Films, TV and Brands. Working on the photography campaign throughout filming to create an engaging package of images to promote the programme, working closely with production companies, streamers and broadcasters.
- Asset Post Production: - Using the Adobe suite to grade, caption and deliver images to various stakeholders.
- Digital: - Using creative initiative to elevate content via our social media channels with the opportunity to lead on our digital offering.

This role will be predominantly remote working but will require travel mostly to London for shoots and meetings.

- Proactive self starter with a passion for all things creative, notably photography and video content.
- Essential to have strong skillset with Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding the Social Media landscape
- Attention to detail with creative flair
- Positive attitude with the ambition to develop
- **Useful But Not Essential **_
- Experience in post production of images / retouching.
- Experience in creating video content.
- Experience on video or stills shoot.

Please note you must be eligible to work in the UK.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
