Test and Assembly

Inspects parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and Bill of Materials. Initiates & Reviews non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and Bill of Material specifications. Assures that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. Initiates corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature. Completes, inspects, and distributes all quality records and documents. Performs specialized testing as required. Verifies tests as required on all components and completed assemblies.

Assures that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. Initiates corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature. Completes, inspects, and distributes all quality records and Verifies tests as required on all components and completed assemblies. Performs specialized testing as required.

**As a Quality Control Inspector - you will need to be able to perform the below**:

- Reviewing of the equipment manufacturing documentation including factory acceptance testing, pressure charts, assembly documentation and any other supporting documentation.
- Performing final visual inspection of MVBs, Tubing Hangers and associated sub-assemblies and tooling.
- Raising, reviewing, and closing down non-conformances for identified non-conforming product.
- Understanding inspection test plans and sending notifications to customers accordingly.
- Having the ability to read/interpret engineering drawings/technical specifications and perform dimensional inspection.
Ensuring that paperwork is of the highest standard throughout the manufacturing process.
- Liaising with customer representative on quality related matters regarding their equipment within cell
- always striving to do better and continuously improve.

- Computer literate
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good oral and written communication

**As a Quality Control Inspector - Beneficial but not Essential**:

- Having the ability to carry out NDE (LPI, MPI, PMI, Hardness testing)
Laser Tracker experience with prior knowledge of Spatial Analyzer Software
