We are looking for staff in Aylesbury to support young people with SEN, Learning Disabilities and Autism between the ages of 10-18 years old in the classroom within educational settings. The rate of pay is £11.80 per hour, this is a very rewarding role supporting young people in education.

This role will be working with children and young people from the ages of 10-18 with special educational needs. The school is fun and interactive place to work with all sorts of activities going on. There is a sensory room, therapy room, hairdressing and music stations, a café, a ball pit room, there are gardens for the younger students and a separate one for 6th form. There is also a room where children can learn essential life skills such as cooking.

Some of the day to day activities for the children include, preparing lunch for the café, students and staff in the cooking room. Horse riding, animal interaction time and therapy.

Some children may have learning disabilities, autism or any other condition.
Staff will be working in a classroom alongside teachers and other support staff. This role is to assist with the care and education of the children supporting with activities, personal care and feeding.

The hours for this role are 9:00-15:00 and you must have experience supporting young people with SEN.
