Care Practitioner needed with West Berkshire Council

**Duration** - Initially 3 months

**Hours** **per** **week** - 25 hours per week

**Salary** - £11.75ltd per hour

**Description**:

- To maintain the general welfare of customers, attending to physical, nutritional and personal care needs whilst allowing customers to achieve maximum independence.
- To contribute to the planning and running of group activities for customers and to support individual customers to participate in these activities.
- To complete practical tasks such as laundry and kitchen duties, food preparation and other duties to support the operation of the service.

**What is required?**
- Relevant Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Educated to GCSE level A-C in Maths and English
- Relevant experience in a similar role
