We are currently looking for a Customer service/Sales agent to join our growing our team here are village heating. We are looking for someone who has previous experience working within a repairs administrator/Planner/Dispatcher role, with the ability to manage tasks and provide top levels of customer service.

This role is a critical part of the business, helping retain the customers by giving them a service level second to none, ensuring that they’re complying with the set processes and procedures to ensure we do not receive complaints as well as mitigating issues before they become complaints.

The role is to take ownership of problems and resolve them with escalating the issue, finding the fault, and analysing the problems which have occurred

**Responsibilities**:

- Learning and understanding the CRM fluently along with the who our customers are
- Booking jobs in for customers who call in
- Taking payments over the phone
- Scheduling jobs into the diary for the correct engineers
- Following up with customers once the engineers have visited to communicate follow up works along i.e. quotes
- Chasing up quotes and services to be booked in
- Ensuring the engineers are performing when carrying out work by checking the diary and reports
- Reporting to the manager when customers are unhappy about something, following the complaints resolution process
- Completing requests before the client chasing for a response - i.e. quotes
- Getting positive feedback from the customers

Our working hours are: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 during winter times ( October-April) and 08:00-17:00 (April-October)

- Call Operative: 1 year (preferred)
