**The Role**

Our Project Coordinator is one of our most important roles in the business. A great project Coordinator will help keep our business running smoothly and provide excellent project coordination support the business. To effectively support the business youwill;
- Manage customer portfolios
- Build good relationships with customers to make them feel valued
- Resolve customer queries and complaints using problem solving techniques
- Liaise with internal colleagues in Estimating, Design and Operations and external suppliers, architects and engineers
- Adopt and share best practice to ensure continuous improvement
- Seek feedback from customers and colleagues in order to self-develop

- Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to develop positive customer relationships to enhance business performance
- Previous experience of dealing proactively with customers and dealing with customer complaints
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels especially over the phone
- Effective questioning and listening skills to identify customer requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as being a team player
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Flexible with ability to deal with high volumes
- PC literate - Word, Excel, Outlook, databases
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Good attention to detail and results focused

- Some knowledge of the self-build and/or timber frame industries
