Confectioner

**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Confectioner to join our team. As a Confectioner, you will play a vital role in creating delightful sweet treats that bring joy to our customers. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and produce a variety of confections, including chocolates, candies, and pastries.
- Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality in all products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely production of goods.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in food production or culinary roles, particularly in baking or confectionery.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar setting is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
