**Job Title**:Junior Business Development Executive

**Location**: Maidstone

**Salary**:£20-£22k Depending on experience plus commission.

**Hours**:Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

**Benefits**:

- 20 days A/L + BH's. after 5 years' service you are entitled to one additional day per year up to 25 days.
- Free on-site parking.
- Shirt provided as part of the uniform.

- Annual social events run by Head Office including summer BBQs.

As the Junior Business Development Executive your key responsibilities would be:

- Proactively call prospect customers to book appointments
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders, including clients, partners, or vendors.
- Discuss finance arrangements whilst following GDPR rules.
- Maintain and manage new and existing accounts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proactive on the telephone.
- Good attention to detail and organised.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales.
