SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted

Join our dynamic support team as a SEN Teaching Assistant and make a positive impact in the lives of two Year 2 boys. You will be working closely with 1:1 adults who support the children, providing additional support in all areas of their development. Ifyou have a passion for helping children with special educational needs, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting the children in the classroom and during activities
- Implementing individualised support plans
- Collaborating with the 1:1 adults, teachers, and parents to ensure the childrens needs are met
- Encouraging the childrens independence, communication, and social skills
- Maintaining a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- A kind, patient, and understanding demeanour
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to implement support plans and track progress
- Ability to adapt to the childrens individual needs
- Relevant qualifications and/or training in SEN support
