**Head of HR**

An exciting position has become available for a part-time Head of HR. This is a national hybrid based role. The office based element of the role will be at our Head office in Birmingham or at one of our nationwide clinics.

**Role Requirements - Essential**
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of writing HR Principles and Policies including performance and grievance processes and appeals.
- Proven HR experience working within a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills along with the ability to translate data into meaningful conversations and actions for the Organisation.
- A self-motivated team player who is comfortable working alone and as part of a wider team.
- Strategic and Innovative Outlook.
- Willingness to travel between the North and South of England.
- Highly skilled and experienced in Microsoft office.
- Supports a woman’s reproductive choices.
- Experience of line managing staff.

**Role Requirements - Desirable**
- Experience of managing a HR function with a healthcare setting regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Full UK Driving License.

**Role Responsibilities (not limited to)**
- There will be specific focus on reviewing current performance evaluation systems also. The post holder will be able to provide advice on principles and detail of employment legislation and good practice and ensure that their practice is up to date.
- You will be comfortable and familiar with gathering and utilising data to make informed business decisions, working closely with the Management team to ensure that all HR processes are fully compliant with the Care Quality Commissions regulations.
- You will build rapport and be able to influence people at all levels of the organisation in a positive and friendly manner.

**NUPAS**

National Unplanned Pregnancy Advisory Service (NUPAS) is commissioned by the NHS to provide FREE pregnancy advice, counselling and termination of pregnancy services, including pregnancy testing, STI screening and contraception across the North West, Midlandsand South of England. Initial consultation appointments are available 7 days a week. We also provide these services for self-funding clients.
