Within our growing People & Change team we have digital transformation expertise, behavioural scientists, talent curators, communications experts, transformation specialists, learning innovators, occupational psychologists and many more.

We are currently recruiting for Principal Consultants within our People and Change Capability, with extensive culture and leadership capability building experience from either previous consulting roles or from a specialist role within a public or private sector organisation. We are looking for experience in the following areas:

- A proven track record in designing and delivering cultural interventions that achieve lasting change
- Working with and guiding executives and senior leaders to shape an organisation’s purpose and leadership capability to support strategic priorities
- Managing and delivering culture change programmes in digital or agile organisation environments
- Designing, shaping and implementing behavioural change strategies and/or strategic communications
- Designing and delivering innovative, digitally-enabled leadership development programmes with knowledge of current and emerging leadership/talent development thinking and approaches
- Working with senior leadership teams to drive high performance, improving team dynamics, ways of working and psychological safety.

**Qualifications** Your key strengths include**:

- High levels of emotional intelligence and experience working with a range of stakeholders so that you can adapt your approach to the environment.
- A collaborative and enthusiastic approach to your work, with flexibility to work on diverse challenges in small or large teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to deliver practical results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, which allow you to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent facilitation skills, and credibility in front of senior audiences
