**Field Service Engineer**

**Sheffield**

**£35,000 plus overtime**

Do you currently work as a Field Service Engineer, looking for an exciting new role.

Our client is going through a huge period of growth and are rapidly expanding there engineering team as a result this position will be working as part their maintenance and repair department, Travelling out to customers sites around the Sheffield area.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be customer facing and have a dedicated geographical patch and client base to look after.

This role will be suitable for someone who has worked with vehicles and machinery to include, HGV, LGV, Trucks, Buses, Coaches, Fork Lifts, Platforms, Cranes and/or agricultural machinery.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer:

- **
- You will be responsible for completing timesheets and service reports accurately.
- Working as part of a large service and parts engineering team.
- Ensuring vehicle is supplied with the correct stock.
- Working with Brake systems, IC engines, Hydraulics and Electrics.
- Diagnose, Maintain and Service equipment.
- Visiting customer sites across Sheffield and the wider Yorkshire area.
- Building report customers and providing first class customer services while on site.

**Person specification: -**
- Previous experience working with Vehicles, Machinery or motorised handling equipment.
- Ability to diagnose issues and repair either mechanical or electrical components.
- Full UK Clean driving licence.
- Ability to manage and plan time critical work.
- Complete jobs to a high standard.

This is a full time permanent Field Service Engineer position, Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of up to £35,000 plus overtime and annual company benefits to include 30 days holiday, pension scheme, work van, mobile phone and Specialist tools.
