Our rental and leasing business are busier than ever. As a result, we have a unique opportunity for a Rental Advisor to join the team on a full time permanent basis. The role will be based from our busy CARZ dealership in Hillington and report directly to the Rental Manager.

**What you will do**:

- Be responsible for all incoming enquiries
- To arrange all deliveries and collections as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Manage all mileage updates
- Manage all free of charge replacements
- Manage all customer ready vehicles
- Manage vehicles off road
- Carry out all job tasks as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Provide a first-class service to all customers
- To identify areas for improvement within the overall business
- Establish close working relationships with the relevant members of the other divisions within Peter Vardy Ltd

**What you will need**:

- A detailed understanding of vehicle rental/contract hire/leasing/vehicle funding
- Ability to identify and resolve issues
- PC literate and an ability to collate and analyse data.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to work under pressure and be committed to meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated and can manage multiple requirements and demands effectively
