Within this role you will be fully supported and guided by the Palliative Care Team. Some of the key responsibilities include (but not limited to): To facilitate the provision of ongoing emotional support to families. To act as the point of contact other members of the multi-disciplinary team, parents, children, and young people. To provide signposting and/or practical assistance to enable the families to access the information and practical support required such as, signposting to other services, charity support, benefits, and financial guidance.

Due to this role requiring travel between Nottingham hospitals and Leicester hospitals, as well as the Hospice in Loughborough, it would be ideal for you to have your own transport. Our benefits include: Eligibility to join blue light card discount scheme. Bupa Cashback plan. Life Assurance.
