**Job Description**:
This role will be responsible for the integrity, organisation and upload of HR Colleague data to associated platforms that hold colleague information. This is on behalf of the HR Shared Service Organisation (HRSSO) supporting Informa HR globally.
Informa is undergoing an exciting period of change, with innovations in digital and data which are expanding the product offerings and reach of the company. This is a critical role supporting the growth of Informa owning and bringing together colleague data into associated platforms to ensure that colleague’s information is correct to drive items like engagement, performance management, and learning amongst others. The role will introduce and own governance of the process to upload colleague.
You will be responsible for the delivery of these responsibilities, liaising with all relevant teams and stakeholders across Informa to ensure accurate colleague data is uploaded and delivered within time.
You may be required to be flexible with your working hours dependent upon requirements.
This role needs someone who has a keen eye for data and has an operational process orientated mind. Being able to work to key deadlines and liaising with others to ensure accuracy of colleague data.
**Qualifications**:

Create a timetable and process map to ensure that this important process and responsibility is defined and understood
- Ensure inconsistencies and exceptions to data are corrected at source
- Upload colleague information to associated platforms

Highly organised, diligent with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these whilst working under pressure
- Clear understanding of the importance of colleague data and communication (verbal and written) with stakeholders
- Knowledge and ability to understand and use systems and processes
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines with the ability to multitask, prioritise work effectively with high attention to detail
- Ability to engage with technical specialists and partner with them
- Strong team working and problem solving
- Understanding of process improvement
- Willingness to identify new opportunities and challenge established ways of doing things
- Be pro-active and take initiative
- Act with integrity, tact and diplomacy
