**Senior Warehouse Administrator**

**Monday - Friday - 6am - 2.30pm**

We are recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our brand new site in Castle Donington.

You will provide supervision to a busy team ensuring efficient day to day administration for Mediq Healthcare within the warehouse operation.

You will provide cover for other administration staff when required and be flexible regarding working hours to meet the needs of the business

**Responsibilities**:

- Discharge duties in a safe manner in accordance with relevant legislation policies.
- Report hazards immediately.
- Use all equipment provided in accordance with safe working practices.
- Conduct Team Briefings
- Plan and organise work using own initiative within set departmental parameters
- Note taking and meeting minutes.
- Manage the outstanding purchase orders into the warehouse.
- Manage the invoice queries relating to supplier orders.
- Generate Commercial invoices for export goods and maintain TSS system.
- To accurately record and maintain systems for staff sickness, absence and annual leave
- Liaise with HR in line with company processes following guidelines for performance management and absence management.
- Ensure the correct paperwork is prepared for the goods in operation.
- Manage Data for daily KPI records.
- Cover all other general office administrative duties - including filing and photocopying
- Deal with any anomalies between the warehouse systems.
- Resolve account query issues taking into consideration cost - escalating if required.
- Deal with Inbound and Outbound delivery drivers and Mediq drivers - supporting the transport function including driver de-brief.
- To undertake any additional duties as appropriate and delegated by the Administration Manager

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Senior Warehouse Administrator would be great if you have experience working in a Warehouse environment and experience using SAGE software. You will demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness and a methodical approach to work.
