Repairs Administrator

This position is responsible for providing an efficient and professional administrative support to internal and external customers within the repair team.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Daily completion of scheduled manual reports in line with the contractual timelines.
- Liaise with customers, internal teams and third parties to arrange operational activities such as delivery booking slots, transport requests and product recalls/returns.
- Mailbox Management for all customer interactions including delivery queries, returns and process updates.
- Invoice Management and validation for the Repair works completed.
- Attend virtual team meetings and customer conference calls as and when requested
- Complete other back office administrative tasks allocated for completion
- Report all challenges or potential issues to the Management Team in a timely manner to mitigate risk of escalation or failures
- Work closely with Repair Vendors providing service and support to ensure the customers journey is best in class
- Supply Support to the Contact Centre to ensure all relevant repair updates are reflected in HITS and answering any queries that may arise.
- Arrange and manage the end to end stock transfer based on the current routing Matrix’s scheduling it to the relevant repair vendors to ensure all sites have sufficient stock to process and ensure that they all comply with the relevant SLA’s.
- Act as the focal point between external/internal vendor and internal party to escalate and resolve all issues.
- Other activities and tasks as requested by management which are deemed necessary to the success of the role.
**What we are looking for**:
You will have previous experience of working in an administrative role and be confident when using excel, outlook and other Microsoft packages, as well as being a confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
