**DUTIES**

Working as a Freelance Trainer / Staff Training Consultant your duties will include:

- Conduct a thorough training needs analysis to identify the training requirements of each client
- Design and develop bespoke training programs that align with the specific needs of the client
- Deliver training courses either in-person or virtually in an engaging and effective way
- Use a variety of training methodologies to ensure that each course is effective and meets the learning objectives of the client
- Provide post-training evaluation and feedback to ensure the success of the training program
- Continuously improve training materials and delivery based on feedback and evaluation

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training courses, with a track record of successfully meeting client needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire participants
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Willingness to work on a project-based, freelance basis

These roles are offered on a freelance consultancy basis and work offered will be on an ad-hoc basis, dependent upon requests from employers.
