**Mechanical Services Technician - Plumber, Gas Engineer, Pipe Fitter**

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Mechanical Services Technician based at Oxford Brookes University.

**Mechanical Services Technician Role Responsibilities**
- To carry out planned, preventative and reactive mechanical services across the University’s Estate, including maintenance of service records, maintenance schedules and Service Desk PPM's.

**Mechanical Services Technician Role Requirements**
- A recognised apprenticeship in mechanical/ HVAC services, City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3, ACS for CCN1, COCN1 or equivalent qualifications.
- Significant post-apprenticeship operational experience in mechanical services.
