As part of this role, you will complete a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant app

**Qualifications Required**:
Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Desired skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

**Vacancy description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Assist the recruitment team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Learner Engagement Manager, providing updates on recruitment activities and progress.

**Other Information**:
This role will be based in our Preston office full time. there may be the option to work hybrid/remote after completion of 6 month probation period.
