Salary - Up to £45k
Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading client in the Legal sector based in Edinburgh to recruit a Paralegal Supervisor to provide support for their Legal Service Unit.
Duties involved in this role will include:

- Managing fee earners around workload & overall accountability for delivery
- Leading a team to success around Paralegal activities
- Full Line management of a team of Paralegals
- Involvement in all recruitment activities - this is the exact location of the role
- Other general administrative tasks as required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

- Experienced Paralegal experience and/or Supervisory experience
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent administration, attention to detail & organisational skills with the ability to deal with a very busy caseload effectively
- Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite & the ability to pick up bespoke systems effectively
