**Key Deliverables**
- Assisting in lead advisory (m&a) and financial due diligence (transaction services) mid-market assignments
- Preparing business valuations, identifying and approaching potential acquirers
- Assisting with queries arising from the acquirers' due diligence processes
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Transactional experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Outstanding communication skills and commercial acumen
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel
