**Trident Healthcare Solutions is recruiting quality Care Assistants and Support Workers across Southwest England to work in an agency capacity, with hundreds of shifts released each week.**

Our client is an award-winning not-for-profit care provider, with care homes across Somerset and the Isle of Wight delivering a wide range of support services.

Key tasks:

- Provide personal care - washing, bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting
- Undertake moving and handling duties as required.
- Update confidential computer records such as Service Users care plans
- Contribute to reviews of customers' needs as directed.
- Encourage Service Users to participate in organised activities
- One to one support.

Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months care experience.
