**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As an Assisted Living Coordinator at Barchester’s Stamford Bridge Beaumont vibrant community, you’ll ensure the residents in our Manor Court luxury assisted living apartments maintain their independence.

To join us as an Assisted Living Coordinator you’ll use your organisational skills to ensure our residents always receive the level of support they need. A strong team leader you’ll devise and implement daily routines for staff to follow to ensure all shiftsare covered. You’ll conduct pre-admission assessments, arrange resident appointments and regularly meet with residents and their relatives. As part of your role, you’ll liaise with other health professionals, attend monthly head of department meetings andcontinually support and develop your team. A dedicated and compassionate person, you’ll confidently manage a wide range of responsibilities, from compiling care plans and coordinating medication services for our residents, to dealing with enquiries for CloseCare and showing prospective residents around the unit.

**ABOUT YOU**
To join the dedicated team at Stamford Bridge you will need:

- NVQ L3 Health and Social Care and medication trained
- Natural leadership qualities and experience of working with residents in supported living accommodation
