Veterinary Receptionist (Part-Time)

**Are you passionate about pets? Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? then this is the role for you**:
We would require some flexibility to cover additional hours for staff holidays/sickness where appropriate. Our reception team is an integral part of our practice, and we work hard together to ensure that every client is welcomed and supported by the whole team when in the practice.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To ensure the smooth running of our front of house
- Greeting clients on arrival
- Delivering exceptional service
- Taking Payments
- Booking of future appointments
- Dealing with day-to-day queries
- Ensuring daily duties are performed by each staff member
- Administration duties

A proven background in reception duties (experience in the veterinary sector is desirable but not a must have as full training will be given on the job)
- We are looking for someone who is outgoing, a good and confident communicator with interpersonal skills to ensure they provide a smooth and professional service at all times. You must be passionate about customer service and happy using computers on a daily basis.
