**About Us**

Raglan Golf Club is a stunning 18-hole parkland course set within the historic deer park of Raglan Castle in the beautiful Welsh countryside. Our par 72 course stretches over 6,700 yards and features ancient oaks and boulevards of established trees. We're currently undergoing an exciting and extensive redevelopment.

**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contributing to the daily maintenance and development of the course and surrounding areas
- Assisting in the implementation of course improvement strategies
- Ensuring safe working practices are always followed
- Supporting the Course Manager in team leadership and coordination
- Engaging positively with club members and visitors

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in golf course maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Management or equivalent qualification
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated approach
- Strong commitment to safe working practices
- Excellent communication skills with both colleagues and golfers
- Understanding of golf or experience as a golfer
