IT Support Technician

Opportunity to join a busy and vibrant IT team based in North Norwich - Anglian Group is the UK's largest home improvement company with an impressive nationwide presence we are currently looking to recruit an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician - therole will include:
- Provide second line support for all company users in all aspects of IT
- Log faults with 3rd party maintainers, following up and ensuring resolutions are completed within agreed SLA’s
- Assist with conception, design and implementation of any new or enhanced IT solutions
- Maintain the company’s IT asset database
- Ability to work on your own initiative but also part of a team.
Experience required:
- Good knowledge of MS Exchange and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of Desktop and Laptop hardware and be able to troubleshoot problems.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of TCP/IP.
- Awareness of Citrix.
- Knowledge of Android and other mobile operating systems.
- Provide remote and on-line support.
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN and wireless.
This role is Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week - You will need a full UK driving license with this role. Occasional UK Travel may be required.
