The Physiotherapy Services Lead is a key senior role within the Clinical Services, acting as the clinical specialist and overseeing the delivery and development of occupational and physiotherapy services for hospice in-patients and community services.
In this role, you will provide clinical and professional leadership, ensuring effective governance and clinical support for staff working within the service
Working as part of the integrated teams on the inpatient unit, you will contribute to the overall care of patient and families referred to St Giles. As a team member you will contribute to a positive supportive working environment with an emphasis on team work and cooperation. Central to this is supporting the principles of interdisciplinary working and cross skilling for all staff, supporting each other, and learning together.
It is anticipated that the work plan will be 70% clinical (clinical management) 30% Service Development
