Rubix M&E are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an award-winning business in an ever-evolving industry.
As the Project Manager, you will ensure the allocated projects are delivered in line with the clients requirements to the company's high standards. Reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Manager / Operations Manager, you will be responsible for successfulproject delivery from pre-contract to end of defects.
Previous experience in Mechanical or Electrical disciplined project management is essential, as is detailed knowledge of HVAC / Electrical systems and associated regulations.

Essential criteria:

- Familiar with JCT and NEC suite of contracts,
- working knowledge of building regulations and British & European Standards,
- Working knowledge of programming software,
- CSCS registered contracts manager.
- Full clean driving licence
