About the role

The Assets Investment Administrator is responsible for providing an efficient, comprehensive and pro-active administration support service for planned works, such as new kitchen and bathroom installations, and cyclical works, such as decoration and groundsmaintenance, to assist the Assets Investment team.

Liaising with contractors to ensure work/defects are completed within the timescales required, you will input and maintain data on the relevant IT systems and raise purchase orders, progress invoicing/payments and ensure administrative functions are progressedin an efficient and timely manner. Updating the housing management system with installation and servicing completion dates, you will provide support with the administration of maintenance related complaints and liaise with internal and external customers,tenants, contractors, insurance agencies, solicitors and other statutory bodies and tenant representatives to assist administratively with the effective management of maintenance complaints.

About you

So, if you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and have previous experience of an administrative role, then we would love to hear from you. IT literate to include Microsoft Office, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and previousexperience of dealing with customers. With strong organisational skills, you will be able to record data accurately and work well as part of a team.

An NVQ Level 3 in administration would be an advantage, as would experience of a housing management system.
