**Job Opportunity - Press Brake & Laser Operator**:

- Worcester | £14-£16/hr | Full-Time, Permanent_

A13 Engineering is on the lookout for an experienced **Press Brake & Laser Operator** to join our skilled and growing team in Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment where quality and precision are key.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating the press brake to bend, sheet metal parts. Alongside this, you’ll support our laser cutting operations — experience in laser cutting is a bonus, but we’re more interested in your enthusiasm to learn. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate press brake machinery to produce accurate sheet metal components
- Interpret technical drawings to ensure parts are within specification
- Adjust machine settings and tooling for optimal performance
- Support laser cutting operations and material prep
- Carry out regular machine checks and basic maintenance
- Monitor quality and make adjustments to maintain high standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and improve processes
- Experience operating sheet metal forming machinery
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn about operating a laser cutter
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Forklift (counterbalance) licence preferred
- Good literacy and communication skills
- Proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

**Hours & Pay**:

- **Monday to Friday**:

- **Minimum 37.5 hours/week**:

- **£14-£16 per hour** (based on experience)
- Overtime available
