**Title: Food and Beverage Team Member - Full Time**

**Salary: £9-£12.40 per hour**

**Hours: Up to 40 hours per week - daytime and weekend. Zero Hours**

**Location: Lakeside Cafe - Trentham Estate**

**Reporting to: Site Manager**

**What Totally Delicious are looking for?**

Do you have a natural gift for hospitality and a real passion for food and drink? If so, we are currently looking for a Full Time vibrant Team Member to be part of our wonderful team.

This role will primarily be based at our The Tea Rooms within the Italian Gardens with occasional cross over with other on-site eateries, events and weddings.

- Ensure that the guest always receives the highest standards of product, presentation, and service
- To complete training in compliance with company standards and where applicable by law
- To be self-motivated
- Maintain food and service quality and consistency in line with company standards.
- Uphold standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness throughout the unit.
- Operation of the on-site EPOS system, PDQ’s and cash handling
- Serve hot and cold beverages and food in accordance with the company’s SOP’s
- Check and maintain standards of cleanliness and presentation in customer areas
- Act upon guests requests to deliver the requested product, reporting any issues to line manager
- Clear and clean customer seating area as trained
- Ensure the onsite cleaning schedules are completed for front and back of house daily
- Ensure all equipment is used correctly in compliance with all Hygiene & Safety Regulations and company procedures
- Deal with customers daily in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure guest facing standards are upheld always
- Ensure employee appearance is to standard
- Facilitate constructive feedback on product and service to line manager
