This is an exciting opportunity to work with Euroseal, a household name in the Home Improvements sector and one of the fastest growing companies in the Midlands area.

**What you will be doing**:

- Attending confirmed appointments in customers’ homes.
- Helping customers realise their own vision and dreams regarding improving the aesthetics of there property.
- You will quickly become an expert on our extensive range of windows, doors, and other home improvement products. You will know the difference between double and triple glazing and the benefits of uPVC and aluminium, in no time

**What we are looking for**:

- As a Field Sales Representative you will be customer-focused, determined to deliver an exceptional customer experience on each appointment.
- You will have a positive outlook and be a problem solver, able to assist customers in choosing the products that most suit their individual needs, getting the best result for all concerned.
- You will be fully trained in every aspect of your role.
- You will have a guaranteed weekly basic, plus fantastic bonuses are easily achievable taking your earnings beyond £1000 per week.

**What we can offer**:

- Amazing earnings potential.
- Our Field Sales representatives earn between £40,000 and £60,000 per year (OTE) on average and our high performers earn significantly more.
- Comprehensive training, with an initial training course when you start and on-going support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
