**Duties**:

- Provide support to the Administrative function.
- Screening and Interviewing applicants
- Organising and attending Recruitment Roadshows
- Arrange hotel and flight bookings for staff travel
- Manage the Airport ID process for staff in the UK
- Support the onboarding process for staff including sending contracts, sending references and background checks
- Supporting with the Visa sponsorship process
- Advertise Roles on our Recruitment platform
- Provide and manage weekly reports for HR and Engineering Manager
- Any other tasks as requested by the HR Manager

**Requirements**:

- Computer Literate, with social media recruitment skill set.
- Previous experience within a similar administration role is an advantage.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and with a high level of attention to detail
- Background in Interviewing and applicant screening
